1) Direct Sales Agents (DSAs)
City Credit Services Limited, a leading financial services provider, is inviting applications from suitably qualified, self-motivated, and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell the Company's loan products to prospective clients.
- Identify and recruit new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Provide accurate information and professional guidance on the Company's loan products and services.
- Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure timely completion of loan applications.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Represent the Company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate. A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Have proven ability to market and sell financial or related products.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Be confident, professional, and capable of engaging clients in meaningful business conversations.
- Be self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Have good customer service and relationship management skills.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, microfinance, or insurance will be an added advantage.
